Where can I get a copy of the circular?

What is your return policy?

All returns and exchanges must be made within 90 days and require an original receipt. Returns without a receipt or past 90 days are not accepted.

A valid ID may be required. We reserve the right to limit or refuse some items for return or exchange.

Returns must be new, unused and complete with accessories, instructions, and packaging. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to refuse some items for refund or exchange.

CD's, DVD's, tapes, videos, software, games, and collectible items can not be returned for refund if opened. Defective titles may be exchanged for the same title only.

Repairs for defective items covered by the manufacturer's warranty become the responsibility of the manufacturer. For Manufacturer Repair/Warranty information, call 1-800-334-2526.

Seasonal, holiday and clearance items will be refunded at the current clearance price.

· Credit card or debit card purchases can be refunded only to the original card.

· Refunds for purchases by check may require bank validation.

 

Does ALCO match competitors' pricing?

We will meet any local competitor's current advertised sale price on identical items. Bring their ad in and we'll match it. To offer these additional savings, clearance, one of a kind items, flat percentage off offers and double or triple coupons must be excluded.

You may purchase ALCO gift cards at any of our retail stores, or to purchase online click here.

 

How can I get a copy of the Duckwall-ALCO annual report?

To access a digital copy of our annual report, click here to go to the Corporate-Investor Relations section of our website. From there you will have access to our annual reports from the year 2000 through our current report. To receive a print copy of our report, click here to fill out the mailing form at the bottom of our Investor Relations page.

 

Can I buy on line at ALCO?

Currently, you may purchase ALCO gift cards online in four demoninations: $5, $10, $25, $50. Click here to shop for gift cards. We are in the process of adding Online Specials to our website. Check back with us in the future for web-only specials.

Does ALCO have layaway?

Yes, we do have layway. All layaways require a minimum 20% down of the total purchase price and at least three scheduled payments must be made within the 90 day layaway period. Clearance merchandise is not eligible for layaway. Merchandise may be picked up when your purchase is paid for in full. (Call ahead and we'll have it waiting for you.)

 

Does ALCO accept checks?

Yes, we accept checks from our local trade area. A driver's license or state ID is required and two party checks and counter checks cannot be accepted. The service charge for returned checks will be that allowed by state law.

 

Does ALCO offer rebates?

All merchandise rebate offers are limited by the stipulations of the manufacturer.

 

What if I was charged the wrong price for an item?

In case of price errors, we will make any adjustments necessary after verification.

 

What if ALCO does not have an advertised item in stock?

While it is our intention to always have every advertised item in stock, there are times when unforeseen circumstances make this impossible. When this happens, we will issue you a "raincheck" if the item is available from the manufacturer. If it is not, you may purchase a similar item at 20% off. Please ask at the Service Desk.
